On August 12, 2008, RadioShack Corporation (the “Company”) entered into a Purchase Agreement (the “Purchase Agreement”) with Citigroup Global Markets Inc. and Banc of America Securities LLC, as the representatives of the initial purchasers named therein (the “Initial Purchasers”).
